  1. Copyright
    All information contained in the iaps site including iaps products and marketing concepts are protected by copyright laws. Except as specifically set out herein, any commercial use of the information, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of iaps, is prohibited. The information may not be modified or altered in any respect, merged, with other data or published in any form, in whole or in part. Individual users may, subject to these terms and conditions, print or save individual pages for private use, however an individual user may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, post, transmit, display perform, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the information or products without the prior written approval of iaps.


  2. Type of Currency
    All services provided by iaps are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).


  3. Shipping Policy
    All orders purchased online will be emailed from the iaps office within 5 business days of receipt of final payment.


  4. Refund/Return Policy
    There are no returns for services rendered, although we may provide a discount in special circumstances.


  5. Severability
    If any term or provision of this Agreement is determined to be illegal, unenforceable, or invalid in whole or in part for any reason, such illegal, unenforceable, or invalid provisions or part thereof shall be withdrawn from this Agreement, and such provision shall not affect the legality, enforceability, or validity of the remainder of this Agreement. If any provision or part thereof of this Agreement is withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of this section, then the withdrawn provision shall be replaced, to the extent possible, with a legal, enforceable, and valid provision that is as similar in tenor to the withdrawn provision as is legally possible.


  6. Amendments
    To continually evolve as a software development company, iaps reserves the right to make any amendments or adjustments it deems necessary with respect to products and services offered, its policies and procedures, its marketing and/or pricing. Such changes are only made after reasonable notification to clients through the company's website (interactivepoint.net or iaps.ca), sub-domains or by email.
