iaps.Manage update

We have completed the layout and navigation aspects of our iaps.Manage (Account Management Console) project. We hope to have a working demo up in the next few days. So far, this application runs successfully with Opera 9, FireFox 2, Safari 3 and Internet Explorer 7.
